Oregon State University Student
Health Plan Information

Welcome to PacificSource

Glad to have you with us

When we say PacificSource is a members-first company, here’s what we mean: Our organization exists because of you.

On one level that means we’re focused on your health and your future. On another, more day-to-day level, we are here, more than a thousand of us, dedicated to serving you in ways that make you happy.

For members, help is never more than a phone call away. Contact us. We’re here for you.

Graduate Student Employees can find information about their plans by logging into our member portal, InTouch.

Documents and forms

Save money by using the OSU Student Health Services Center

For undergraduates, Vet residents, pharmacy students, INTO OSU students, and visiting scholars, to get the best value from your health plan, some health services are available to you from an on-campus health center. Get your care from the OSU Student Health Services Center in the Plageman Building, between Johnson and Weniger Halls, adjacent to the Kelley Engineering Center. When you do, there is no deductible and no coinsurance for primary and preventive care. Specialist visits, diagnostic tests, and prescriptions are available at the in-network rate with no deductible.

If you visit providers in the community that aren’t at the OSU Student Health Services Center, you’ll need to pay your deductible and then pay a percentage of the cost of services you receive.

For seeing doctors who aren’t at the OSU Student Health Services Center

Use our provider directory to search for doctors, dentists, specialists, and healthcare facilities in your network.
