PacificSource Health Plans Receives Business Award

The Lane Workforce Partnership has honored PacificSource Health Plans with an award for its investment in quality jobs and workforce opportunities. The Business Workforce Award, created in 2004, recognizes and honors businesses that promote workforce development and opportunities for Lane County’s workforce. The award was announced at a luncheon in Eugene, Oregon on August 27, 2009.

PacificSource was nominated for its personnel practices, high employee morale, and meaningful career ladders for employees. The award also recognized PacificSource for its family-friendly policies, generous benefit package, focus on employee wellness, and internship programs.

Through a nomination process, the award seeks to recognize Lane County businesses that provide:
