ID Card

When you visit your doctor or pharmacy, you will need to present your member ID card to ensure they have the correct insurance information. You can order a printed ID card online, as soon as your coverage begins.

To order a printed ID card:

  1. Log into InTouch.
  2. Choose "Order Your ID Card" from the "Quick Links" menu.

You can also access your ID card from the myPacificSource mobile app, after you've registered for InTouch. You are welcome to contact our Customer Service Department with questions.

Need an ID card now? Once your coverage begins, you can print a temporary ID card.

Search the Oregon Drug List by name to see if your prescription drug is covered, whether it's a generic or brand name drug, and whether there are special restrictions. Simply go to our drug list, and choose the Oregon List (OR), at the bottom of the page.

Register for InTouch, and go paper free!

Once your coverage begins, you can register for InTouch for Members, our secure member website. InTouch gives you 24-hour access to plan materials and benefits, such as your out-of-pocket maximum or limits, Explanation of Benefits (EOBs), and the status of authorizations and referrals.

You can even sign up to go paperless and receive EOBs by email. Keep in mind it may take a few weeks before your benefit summary and member handbook are available through InTouch.
