Trade the Stack of Applications for an Easy Enrollment Spreadsheet

InTouch for Agents allows you to replace the short stack of paper applications on your desk with a simple spreadsheet. Submit your new small group by Electronic Member Enrollment spreadsheet instead of paper applications. Plus, this helps us to process enrollment much more quickly, and means new members may receive their member ID cards sooner.

Get the special Member Enrollment spreadsheet from InTouch:

  1. Log into InTouch for Agents.
  2. Under Groups, click Electronic Member Enrollment (EME). To ensure you are always using a current spreadsheet, we recommend that you download a copy each time you need one.
  3. Submit the completed spreadsheet to your sales team along with the Group Master Application. (And remember to send the binder check along as well.)

Use the enrollment spreadsheet and save the short stack for breakfast.

Renewing Small Groups? Remember InTouch

As previously shared with you in the Agent Bulletin, you can now submit your small group renewals via InTouch. Not only will this save you time, it will get the renewal into our system faster—and if needed, new ID cards into the hands of members more quickly. For more information, please refer to  the  September Agent Bulletin or see our  quick guide (PDF).

If you've not yet used the new automation, give this video a quick review to see just how easy it is. Watch the video

The system allows you to:

  • Renew the group “as is” to the comparable plan
  • Make changes to the plan(s), including adding plans
  • Update eligibility or probationary information

Idaho and Montana Large Groups

No Experience? No Problem

We are pleased to announce new requirements for quoting large groups (51+ employees) in Idaho and Montana that do not have experience. The information needed for employers currently offering coverage has been streamlined and will no longer require health statements to be completed.

Here’s the required information:

  • Request for Proposal (RFP) form, filled out: Idaho, Montana (PDFs)
  • Member-level census in the required format: Idaho, Montana (Excel XLSXs)
  • Current billing statement
  • Current rates
  • Renewal rates
  • Benefit summary

Note: There may be instances when underwriting requires health statements, such as for a group that does not offer coverage currently or has not provided all of the above information.
