Selecting a primary care provider

We recommend having a primary care doctor who can coordinate care and help you achieve your health and wellness goals.

Selecting a primary care provider is easy using our online provider directory. Simply choose the doctor you would like to see and click “set as my PCP.”

You can also contact Customer Service and we’ll be happy to help you find a doctor or update our information if a primary care provider is already in place.
