The security of our customers’ personal information is of utmost importance to us. As email content is not secure, PacificSource will never request personal health information by email. We also request that you use secure methods when providing us with information that is of a medical or confidential nature. How to stop receiving email from us
We strive to only send email that will help you do business with us. You may opt out of receiving our emails at any time by selecting the unsubscribe link provided at the bottom of the email.
Sharing and usage
PacificSource does not sell or rent individual personal information. We will not disclose or share your medical or personal information without express written consent unless required or allowed by law.
Use of web beacons
When we send email, we may include a web beacon that tell us the number of people who open our emails, or help us record which links in the email are accessed. We use this information to help us determine which emails and content are most useful to our customers. This information is used exclusively to manage our communications, and is not shared with any third party organizations.
Web beacons can be refused when delivered via email. If you do not wish to receive web beacons via email, you can disable HTML images or refuse HTML (select text only) emails through your email software settings.
