Outside our service area
Navigator, Voyager, and SmartAlliance members can see any type of provider outside our service area through our collaboration with Aetna Signature Administrators®.
Beyond Idaho, Montana, Oregon, and Cowlitz and Clark Counties in Washington, members can receive in-network care via Aetna.
If you are enrolled in an Oregon or Montana Individual and Family plan and are traveling outside the service areas listed above, you can access in-network urgent and emergency care through any provider.
Note: HCA providers in Texas are not in-network for PacificSource members.
