Decide on dental
You can choose standalone dental coverage or combine it with one of our medical plans. Either way, employees get first-rate dental care, including up to three cleanings per year for adults.
Dental Choice gives your employees the freedom to see any dentist they choose. Offered in Idaho, Oregon, and Montana.
Dental PPO lets employees choose from thousands of in-network dentists throughout the state. Offered in Idaho and Oregon.
We also offer a Voluntary Dental option, where employees pay the full premium but receive benefits similar to those of a group plan.
