You can choose standalone dental coverage or combine it with one of our medical plans. Either way, employees get first-rate dental care, including up to three cleanings per year for adults.
Dental Choice gives your employees the freedom to see any dentist they choose. Offered in Idaho, Oregon, and Montana.
Dental Advantage & Dental Advantage Essentials offer broad provider networks with thousands of dentists to choose from. Offered in Idaho and Oregon.
Dental PPO lets employees choose from thousands of in-network dentists throughout the state. Offered in Washington.
We also offer a Voluntary Dental option, where employees pay the full premium but receive benefits similar to those of a group plan.
