The new PacificSource PACE Center will serve as the hub for healthcare visits, meals, physical and occupational therapy, and social activities. It’s located in our facility at 555 International Way in Springfield, Oregon. Rides to and from the Center are included in the program.
Our PACE Center has a full-service primary care clinic with the ability to do urgent visits during business hours. Care is delivered by our team of healthcare professionals trained in caring for older adults. For specialty care not available at our center, we coordinate specialist visits and arrange transportation.
