Which drug list?
PacificSource members can find their plan’s drug list on their member ID.
No drug list on your member ID? Choose “Preferred (PDL)”.
If you're not a current member (but are shopping for coverage) choose the state drug list for the state in which you reside: Idaho, Montana, Oregon, or Washington. If you’re shopping for group coverage, choose the state where your organization is headquartered.
Can’t find the prescription drug you are searching for?
You and your doctor have the right to request an exception to the plan's formulary or coverage by contacting customer service. Or, your doctor can submit an exception request through InTouch or fax using the Preauthorization Medication Exception request form.
