We're pleased to announce that members now have significantly more in-network provider options and more access to care across the state of Washington.
New cards will be mailed soon
- All PacificSource Navigator and Pathfinder members will be receiving a new member ID card in the mail, beginning in mid-August.
- The updated First Choice Health® logo on the back of the member card represents the expanded Navigator and Pathfinder networks in Washington.
- The member ID cards do not involve any changes to member coverage, plan benefits, or PacificSource service.
- Members of individual plans and small and large groups are included in the new ID-card mailing.
