You’ll typically pay less when you see an in-network vision provider. Find one using our online Provider Directory. In the specialty search field, select ophthalmology or optometry.

Ophthalmology vs. optometry: An ophthalmologist is a medical doctor who studies the eye and treats eye diseases. An optometrist is a provider who performs routine eye exams and checks for vision problems and eye diseases. Both can prescribe eyeglasses and contact lenses.
