3. Connect with your Provider Service representative
Once you get the welcome email that includes your fully executed provider agreement, a Provider Service Representative will be assigned to connect you with the many resources we have available. Email us and we'll be in touch, or find your service representative.
Commercial and Medicare
Contact our Dental Customer Service team about becoming an in-network provider.
Medicaid
PacificSource contracts with DCOs to administer the dental benefit, contract with dental care providers, and reimburse for dental services. Contract with one of the three DCOs listed below to serve our members and be a participating Medicaid provider in our regions.
