1 - Get connected
Sign up for InTouch and you’ll enjoy fast, secure access to your plan’s benefit details. You’ll also enjoy time-saving tools and shortcuts designed to help you manage your health your way.
Note: You can register for InTouch once coverage begins.
2 - Choose a doctor
Use our provider directory to search for doctors, dentists, specialists, and healthcare facilities in your network (which you can find on your member ID).
Selecting a primary care provider
Your personal doctor (called a primary care provider or PCP) knows you and your health history best. If you don't have a PCP, it's easy to choose one from our directory. Simply select the doctor you want to see and click "Set as my PCP."
You can also contact Customer Service and we’ll be happy to help you find a doctor, or update our information if a primary doctor is already in place.

Getting care as a PacificSource member can take many forms. We’ve prepared a simple page to help guide you toward the right care choice for any situation.
Health on the go
The free myPacificSource and myPacificSource Admin (PSA) mobile apps let you manage your benefits, wherever you are.
- Access your ID card, anytime.
- Call our 24-Hour NurseLine.
- Find a provider, hospital, or urgent care center.
- Check your deductible and out-of-pocket totals.
- Manage your FSA or other reimbursement accounts.
Print a member ID card
