To simplify how members and providers work with us, PacificSource has announced changes to our network beginning Jan. 1, 2022. Once the changes are complete, we will serve members across the region through two provider networks: Navigator and Voyager.
In Oregon, we’re transitioning SmartChoice and Pathfinder members to our newly expanded Navigator network.
In Idaho, we’re expanding our Navigator sales area in the eastern part of the state while transitioning some Voyager members to the Navigator network.
Montana will see PacificSource offering Navigator statewide for individual and group coverage, with the Voyager network discontinued.
In Washington, we will continue to offer Navigator to individuals and groups in Clark, Pierce, Spokane, and Thurston counties. And we will offer Voyager products for group purchase statewide.
These changes will not affect provider/patient interactions, and could help lower the administrative burden of dealing with multiple networks.
