PacificSource Health Plans is pleased to announce Lisa Brown has been promoted to the role of Client Service Representative. Lisa will partner with you to provide service and support to your small group clients insured with PacificSource.
Lisa will be your point of contact for any escalated issues, such as:
- Help with a claim or prior authorization
- Support a newly enrolled member who has ongoing health needs, or an existing member with a newly diagnosed condition
- A resource for employee education meetings
- Provide training on how group administrators can use InTouch for Employers to manage their eligibility and find important documents
- Help for our clients who have Flexible Spending Accounts (FSA), Health Reimbursement Arrangements (HRA), or COBRA administration through PacificSource Administrators, Inc.
You’re in good hands! Lisa brings a high level of knowledge and experience to this position. Most recently, Lisa was a Sales and Service Coordinator at PacificSource. You may have already worked with her. She also brings more than 25 years of insurance industry experience to her new role. Prior to joining PacificSource, she worked as a certified Medicare broker, and before that, served as a Benefit Account Manager at McCumber Insurance Service. She currently is the President Elect of the Treasure Valley Association of Health Underwriters.
Lisa and her family live in Eagle. In addition to spending time with her husband, kids, grandkids, and two dogs, she likes to run and loves to travel. Lisa also has a passion for the community. In 2019, she was the committee Chair for the PacificSource Healthy Communities Committee (HCC). HCC provides small grants to local nonprofits throughout Idaho.
