PacificSource Health Plans is committed to supplying members with accurate, up-to-date directories of our network providers. Last year, PacificSource Health Plans entered into a partnership with BetterDoctor to improve our provider directories and streamline the data validation process.
At that time, Montana, Oregon, and Washington providers started using BetterDoctor to validate every 90 days.
Idaho providers will also begin using BetterDoctor for validation effective August 1, 2022.

PacificSource Health Plans is committed to supplying members with accurate, up-to-date directories of our network providers. To that end, we’ve entered into a partnership aimed at improving our provider directories.
Effective January 2021, we’ve teamed up with BetterDoctor to streamline our data validation.
Because BetterDoctor is used by multiple payers, their system may mean less work for providers in the form of fewer data attestations each year. We know medical offices can be busy, and we appreciate the time you spend helping with the validation process.
