Your commercial and Medicare clients may be asked to participate in the annual Consumer Assessment of Healthcare Providers and Systems (CAHPS) survey. The survey is overseen by a company called Press Ganey.
Participants are chosen at random, and we hope you’ll encourage clients to complete the survey, as it helps us improve the quality of care our members receive. Feedback from previous years has led to improved tools for finding doctors, streamlining EOB statements, and more.
If you’re asked, please let clients know that a healthcare survey from Press Ganey is legitimate, and that their personal information will not be shared.
