About PacificSource MyChart
What is PacificSource MyChart?
MyChart is available through InTouch, the PacificSource secure member portal. It gives you personalized, secure access to your health information anytime.
What do I need to use MyChart?
You need access to a computer or mobile device connected to the Internet and an up-to-date browser (such as Edge, Chrome, Firefox, or Safari).
You can also use the MyChart mobile app for access on the go.
Is MyChart secure?
We take your privacy and security seriously. Your health information is protected by a secure login using your username and password.
On mobile devices, you can also sign in using Face ID or fingerprint recognition.
Unlike regular email, MyChart messages are available only while you are securely logged in. When you access MyChart through PacificSource, your information stays protected within the secure InTouch portal.
You can add extra protection by turning on two-step verification, which sends a code to your email or phone when you log in.
You may receive email or text notifications with links that expire after a short time. To help keep your account secure, make sure your phone number and email are also secure. If you believe they may be compromised, update them anytime in the “Personal Information” section of MyChart.
