PacificSource has made the difficult decision to exit the Lane County Coordinated Care Organization (CCO). This follows months of good-faith collaboration with the Oregon Health Authority (OHA) to explore a sustainable path forward. While we are disappointed that an agreement could not be reached, continuing under the current structure is not financially sustainable and would compromise our ability to serve other communities across Oregon.
Our priority remains being a reliable partner in the coordinated care system and supporting the health and well-being of the thousands of people who depend on us. We are working closely with OHA and Trillium Community Health Plan to develop a thoughtful transition plan that protects continuity of care for members and provides clear guidance for providers.
PacificSource will continue to provide coverage through January, 2026, with member transitions complete by February 1, 2026. We are actively partnering with Trillium to ensure a smooth and supportive transition for all affected members.
What Members Can Expect:
- Automatic Transition: Members will be automatically moved to Trillium and will continue receiving Oregon Health Plan (OHP) benefits.
- No Loss of Coverage: OHP benefits will remain the same. Members will not lose access to care.
- Transition of Care: Approved services will continue temporarily under OHP’s Transition of Care rules, typically for 30, 60, or 90 days depending on individual needs.
- Communication: Members will receive a letter at least 30 days before the transition with instructions and next steps. Please ensure your contact information is up to date with OHP.
