PacificSource has made the difficult decision to exit the Lane County Coordinated Care Organization (CCO). This follows months of good-faith collaboration with the Oregon Health Authority (OHA) to explore a sustainable path forward. While we are disappointed that an agreement could not be reached, continuing under the current structure is not financially sustainable and would compromise our ability to serve other communities across Oregon.
Our priority remains being a reliable partner in the coordinated care system and supporting the health and well-being of the thousands of people who depend on us. We are working closely with OHA and state leaders to develop a thoughtful transition plan that protects continuity of care for members and provides clear guidance for providers.
PacificSource will continue to provide coverage through December 31, 2025. More information about new plan options and transition timelines will be shared in the coming weeks.
