Effective January 1, 2022, prior authorization requirements will remain on Neuropsychological codes. A prior authorization requirement will be added to code 96137 Psych or neuropsych test, addl. Our prior notice listed this CPT code incorrectly as 93137.
96116 and 96132 will continue to be limited to 20 visits/year.
