Community gets first look at PacificSource PACE, LLC ahead of June 30 grand opening
(Springfield, OR) May 20, 2026 – PacificSource Health Plans welcomed community partners, providers, and local leaders to an open house at Pacific Source's PACE Center, offering a first look at the organization’s Program of All‑Inclusive Care for the Elderly (PACE). The event highlighted PacificSource’s commitment to community‑based healthcare solutions that support older adults and their families and caregivers with complex medical and social needs.
“PACE represents a unique approach to delivering care, one that is centered on the whole person and designed to keep people connected to their homes and communities,” said Dr. John “Espi” Espinola, PacificSource CEO. “The program aims to improve the quality of life, independence, and dignity for older adults in Lane County.”
This open house offered a first look at how PacificSource PACE supports older adults with complex needs through medical care, medications, meals, life enrichment, transportation, and caregiver and family support.
Guests enjoyed guided tours of the Center located at 555 International Way in Springfield, met members of the care team, and heard from the PACE Chief Medical Officer and Program Director, Dr. Jessica Van Fleet-Green, about how this program helps adults 55 and older remain independent in their communities.
“We are grateful to our community partners, clinical colleagues, and organizations who will work alongside our care team as part of the PACE model,” added Van Fleet‑Green. “This program depends on strong collaboration, and we value the shared commitment to supporting older adults with complex needs in the Lane County region.”
Attendees learned how PacificSource PACE coordinates services using team-based care to help reduce the complexity of supporting aging adults. PacificSource PACE will offer individualized attention and care navigation for those who may otherwise need nursing home‑level care. The event also shared information on eligibility, services, and the referral process ahead of the program’s launch, which is also available at PacificSource.com/PACE.
The May 19 open house marks an important milestone as PACE prepares for its official grand opening on July 1, 2026. The July event will mark the formal launch of PacificSource PACE, LLC, welcoming PACE participants through our doors and expanding access to comprehensive, community-based care for older adults in the region.
