Commercial and Medicaid in one place
Our Medicaid member website is now part of PacificSource.com. We have also incorporated Medicaid-related provider information into the Provider section of PacificSource.com. You’ll find Medicaid-specific information alongside content about our commercial plans.
New and redesigned pages
In addition, the provider section’s menu and web pages have been redesigned for a more intuitive experience to help you access what you’re looking for more easily and quickly.
- Provider Overview combines the medical and dental provider landing pages into one central location.
- Provider training and continuing education includes links to courses, webinars, and more.
- Prescription Drug Resources page gives you quick access to our formularies, authorization and criteria, and drug list updates.
Refined search capabilities
Finding what you’re looking for is a lot easier on our website.
- Documents and Forms page now enables you to locate a Medicaid or commercial file using a keyword search.
- You can now search the website on mobile devices.
- Find a Drug for Medicaid has a new look.
- Provider Directory has evolved, allowing you to toggle between commercial and Medicaid searches and select specific tabs for finding Medicaid dentists and pharmacies.
