Your commercial and Medicare patients may be asked to participate in the annual Consumer Assessment of Healthcare Providers and Systems (CAHPS) survey. The survey is overseen by a company called SPH Analytics.
Participants are chosen at random, and we hope you’ll encourage patients to complete the survey, as it helps us improve the quality of care our members receive. Feedback from previous years has led to improved tools for finding doctors, streamlining EOB statements, and more.
If you’re asked, please let patients know that a healthcare survey from SPH Analytics is legitimate, and that their personal information will not be shared.
