Save money by using the Portland State University Center for Student Health and Counseling (SHAC)
When you receive health services from the on-campus SHAC, you get the best value from your student health plan because there is no deductible or coinsurance.
If you visit providers in the community that aren’t at SHAC, you’ll need to pay your deductible and then pay a percentage of the cost of services you receive.
