Telehealth Reimbursement and Behavioral Health Update

We would like to thank our providers who are caring for our members during this unprecedented time. We want to remind you that PacificSource has always, and will continue to provide reimbursement for covered telehealth services and provide additional support through our Provider Relief Plan.

We acknowledge the requests from our Behavioral Health provider communities who wish to continue to serve our members via telehealth-only visits, post emergency declaration. We are currently evaluating this, and are looking to recent and expected state and federal guidance as we determine how best to meet the needs of providers and our members. We will be communicating to our provider communities once we have made a determination. If you have any questions, please email our Provider Service team.
