To access your PacificSource health data using interoperability tools, please follow these steps:
 
  1. Download and install a compatible mobile application on your Apple or Android device. At this time, PacificSource supports access via OneRecord and has plans to expand access to other applications in the future.
     

  2. In addition to signing up for the mobile app you choose, you will also have to specify the healthcare organizations and insurers from which you wish to access your health information. 
     

  3. After indicating that you wish to retrieve information from PacificSource, you will also have to register for a PacificSource account. Please note that while you may already have a PacificSource InTouch login, that login does not enable you to access your interoperability data at this time.
     

  4. When you register, you will be required to provide identifying information that we use to match you with your health data. That information may include:

    1. Your full name 

    2. Date of birth 

    3. Member ID, Medicaid ID, Medicare number, or SSN 

    4. The email address you have on record with PacificSource 

    5. Your telephone number 
       

  5. During the registration process, you will be asked to choose a username and password in addition to the information listed above. Please note that an email address is required to complete the registration process.
     
  6. During the registration process, you will also be asked to provide consent for PacificSource to release your health information to a mobile application you specify. Your consent will be recorded.
     

  7. Use the application you have selected and installed to login (using the credentials you provided earlier) and access your health data.
