We're pleased to inform you that PacificSource members are eligible to enroll in the PAXCESS™ Patient Support Program through Pfizer. A current prescription for Paxlovid from a healthcare provider is needed to sign up for the program.
Through this program:
- Medicare or Medicaid members can get their prescription at no cost.
- Commercial (individual/family or group plans) members may receive a discount.
Sign up: PacificSource members can visit the PAXCESS program website, click the “I am a patient/caregiver” link, and complete the online form. Medicare or Medicaid members will need to have their Medicare or Medicaid number.
Once they are signed up, members may download the Patient Assistance Program Voucher and use it at a participating pharmacy. The PAXCESS website has a list of participating pharmacies.
