The Explanation of Benefits (EOB) is a statement that gives members important details on services performed, benefits paid, and payment responsibilities. That’s why we’re pleased to announce a redesign of the EOBs members receive when they use their PacificSource benefits.
This new EOB will make it easier for members to find the information that’s most important to them.
Member may choose to receive their explanation of benefits via a paper copy in the mail, online, or both. Preferences are set within InTouch.
PacificSource has two kinds of EOBs: single and consolidated. Members who choose to receive their EOBs by mail (the default) will get consolidated EOBs that include activity over a three-week period. To access single EOBs, members should log in to their InTouch account, where all statements can be found.
