We are improving our member portal, lnTouch, and the myPacificSource app to enhance the security of your personal information. You'll notice the changes when you log in, after late July 2025.
Updating credentials
Once the update goes live, you may need to update your username and password, or re-enter your existing ones if they meet the security criteria. You'll be guided through this process when you log in. This step will only be required one time.
Multi-factor authentication
Each time you log in to the updated lnTouch or myPacificSource app, we'll send a text message or call you with a time-sensitive, unique numeric code to verify it's really you. With this change, your account will be more secure than ever.
myPacificSource app update
If you're prompted to, you'll only need to update your username and password once—either in InTouch or via the myPacificSource app, since both share the same login credentials.
Update is coming soon
The InTouch and myPacificSource updates are scheduled for late July 2025. Prior to that, you can continue to use them as normal to access your explanation of benefits, deductibles, authorizations, and more.
