Your primary care provider (PCP) is your main doctor and the one you should contact first when you have a medical issue.
Who is your primary care provider?
You either chose a PCP, or one was selected for you. To find out who yours is:

Change your primary care provider
You have the option to choose a different primary care provider that better meets your needs. It may be a previous provider that you liked, or a new doctor or nurse. To change your PCP:
